Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Orders happen inside WhatsApp, which your customers already have. They tap your wa.me link or scan a QR code, choose from the interactive menu, pay with a secure RapidGateway link and get status updates in the same chat.
Which payment methods are supported?
Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Visa/Mastercard through RapidGateway, plus cash on delivery collected by your rider. Customers choose the method on the payment sheet after checkout.
Is it really 0% commission?
Yes. Rapid Eats charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no commission on orders. Payment processing fees per transaction are set by RapidGateway; we share the current schedule during your demo.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp Business number?
Yes. Your existing number moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform, which Rapid Eats runs on, so customers keep messaging the number they know. Chat history from the WhatsApp Business app does not carry over to the platform, so we help you export it first. You can also take a new number to keep lines separate.
How does settlement reconciliation work?
Every paid order carries a RapidGateway reference. When a payout batch is created, each order in it is matched to the batch automatically and shown in your console with gross, fee, net and batch id. Unmatched items are flagged for you instead of hiding in a bank statement.
