Chains & franchises
One brand, every branch, a single console for head office
Five branches in Karachi, three in Lahore, a franchisee in Faisalabad. Rapid Eats gives head office one menu with branch overrides, one customer list, one settlement view with a branch filter, and gives each branch its own order queue, riders and cash count.
The problem
What is quietly costing you money today
Every branch runs its own version of the menu
Head office raises the price of a family deal; three branches update it, two forget, and the franchisee is still running last Ramadan’s promotion. Customers notice before you do.
Closing the month means chasing managers for spreadsheets
Each branch keeps its own sheet of marketplace payouts, wallet transfers and COD. Head office stitches them together weeks later, and nobody can say which branch is really making money after commission and refunds.
Marketplace commission scales with your success
The more a branch sells, the larger the commission the marketplace takes. Your most loyal customers in your best branch are the ones you are paying the most to reach, and the marketplace owns their data.
What changes
What Rapid Eats does differently
Central menu, local control
Head office owns items, photos and base prices. Branches get controlled overrides for availability, local pricing and delivery zones. A change pushed from head office is live on every branch’s WhatsApp bot and storefront in seconds.
One number, routed to the right branch
A customer messages the brand’s WhatsApp number or opens the brand’s website; the order routes to the branch that serves their area. The customer sees one brand, each branch sees only its own queue.
Branch-level riders and cash, head-office visibility
Each branch dispatches its own riders inside its own zones and closes its own COD count. Head office compares delivery times and cash variance across branches from one screen.
Close the month from one export
The settlement view filters by branch, channel and date. Every payment, fee, refund and payout is matched to its order, so finance exports one CSV or Excel file instead of reconciling eight. Standard RapidGateway payment rates apply.

Frequently asked questions
Can franchisees receive their own payouts?
Settlement can be structured per branch so that each franchisee’s online payments are paid out to their own bank account while head office keeps full visibility, or centrally with head office distributing. Which model fits depends on your franchise agreement; we set it up with you during onboarding.
How are user permissions handled?
Roles are scoped by branch. A branch manager sees and edits only their branch; an area manager sees several; head office sees everything. Menu edits, refunds and payout reports can each be restricted to specific roles.
Do we need a separate WhatsApp number per branch?
No. One brand number can route by the customer’s location to the right branch. If you prefer, branches can have their own numbers with the same bot and the same central menu. Both patterns are common.
Can a chain run loyalty across branches?
Yes. Points and vouchers are attached to the customer, not the branch, so a customer who earns points in Clifton can redeem in Bahadurabad. Campaigns can be brand-wide or scoped to a branch or city.
