Points, vouchers and WhatsApp broadcasts that bring customers back

Marketplaces keep the customer; Rapid Eats gives them back to you. Every WhatsApp or website order adds to a customer list you own, and loyalty points, vouchers and Meta-approved WhatsApp broadcasts turn that list into repeat orders without paying for each one.

  • Points earned on every order, redeemed at checkout in WhatsApp or on the website
  • Vouchers and promo codes with minimum order, expiry and per-customer limits
  • WhatsApp broadcasts through Meta-approved message templates, with opt-in handled for you
  • Automatic re-order nudges to customers who have gone quiet

What you get

Everything inside Loyalty & Marketing

Points that customers understand

Set a simple rule such as one point per PKR 100 spent, choose what a point is worth, and the bot shows the balance after every order. Redemption happens at checkout with one tap, so there is no card to lose and no cashier to argue with.

Vouchers with real guardrails

Percentage or fixed-amount vouchers with a minimum order, an expiry date, a usage cap and a per-customer limit. A PKR 200 off first order code for new Instagram followers cannot be reused by the same number twenty times.

WhatsApp broadcasts, done the compliant way

Compose a campaign, pick a Meta-approved template, choose a segment and send. Because the message goes through the official WhatsApp Business platform, it is delivered to the customer’s normal chat with your business name, not from a random number that gets reported.

Segments built from real orders

Customers who ordered more than three times, who have not ordered in 30 days, who always order on Fridays, who live in a particular zone. Segments update automatically from the order history so a campaign never goes to the wrong people.

Re-order nudges on autopilot

A customer who ordered every week and then stopped gets a friendly “we miss you” with their last order and a small voucher, sent after a quiet period you choose. It runs by itself and reports how many came back.

Campaign results in orders, not opens

Every broadcast and voucher is tied to the orders it produced in the console, so you see revenue per campaign and cost per returning customer. Decide whether the Ramadan iftar deal worked by looking at the ledger, not at a vanity metric.

How it works

Live in days, not quarters

  1. 1

    Customers opt in while ordering

The bot asks once, in plain language, whether they would like offers on WhatsApp. Their answer is stored and respected on every send.

  2. 2

    You build the offer

Create a voucher or a points rule in the console, pick the segment, choose a Meta-approved template and schedule the send.

  3. 3

    Orders come back, attributed

Redemptions and nudged re-orders show up against the campaign so you know what to repeat next month.

Who it is for

Built for how Pakistani restaurants actually run

The neighbourhood restaurant with loyal regulars and no record of them

Dozens of families order every weekend, but their numbers live in a staff member’s phone. After a month on Rapid Eats the list is in the console, segmented, and a Friday broadcast of the weekend special fills the evening.

The café launching a new breakfast menu

A broadcast to customers who order before 11 am, with a voucher valid for one week, and the console shows exactly how many breakfast orders the campaign produced.

The chain running a Ramadan iftar deal across branches

One campaign, branch-level segments, one template approved once. Each branch sees its own redemptions, and head office sees the total.

Frequently asked questions

Will WhatsApp broadcasts get my number blocked?

Not when they are sent properly. Rapid Eats sends broadcasts through the official WhatsApp Business platform using Meta-approved message templates, only to customers who opted in, with an easy opt-out. That is exactly what the platform is designed for; it is the unofficial mass-messaging tools that get numbers banned.

What does a broadcast cost?

Meta charges a small per-conversation fee for marketing messages on the WhatsApp Business platform, which varies by country and is set by Meta. Rapid Eats passes this through at cost and shows the estimate before you send, so a campaign to two thousand customers has no surprises.

Can points be redeemed on both WhatsApp and the website?

Yes. Points and vouchers live on the customer record, which is keyed by phone number, so a customer who earns points on WhatsApp can redeem them on your website and vice versa.

Can I run a voucher only at one branch?

Yes. Vouchers and campaigns can be scoped to a branch, a delivery zone, a channel (WhatsApp or website) or a time window, and combined with a customer segment.

Do customers need an app to use loyalty?

No. The balance shows in the WhatsApp chat and at website checkout. There is nothing to install and no physical card, which matters for the large share of customers on entry-level Android phones.

See a broadcast turn into orders

In the demo we create a voucher, send a Meta-approved template to a test segment that includes your phone, and watch the redemption land in the console.
