Rapid Eats vs Indolj
Indolj gives Pakistani restaurants a web and app ordering system on a low monthly subscription. Rapid Eats brings the whole order — menu, cart and payment — into WhatsApp, and reconciles the money because the payment gateway is ours.
Restaurant online ordering and POS software
What Indolj does well
Indolj is a Pakistani online ordering platform that positions itself as a way to reach customers "without the third-party commissions". It publishes a clear entry price — "starting as low as PKR 5000 per month and 0 setup cost" — with "no contracts and zero upfront costs", and it sets up your menu for you, typically within two to five business days.
The product covers web ordering, iOS and Android apps, a POS and restaurant management system, delivery fleet management with order tracking, loyalty and engagement tools, digital menu boards and a self-ordering kiosk, plus managed digital marketing. Its client wall shows well-known names such as Nando’s, Pizza Hut, Kababjees and Lal Qila, and it says it serves over 400 restaurants.

Where Rapid Eats differs
Where Rapid Eats differs
The order lives in WhatsApp
Indolj uses WhatsApp to chat with prospects and receives orders by web, email, Android tablet or text message. Rapid Eats runs the ordering itself inside WhatsApp: the customer browses your full menu, builds a cart and checks out without leaving the chat. Your website and apps are extra channels, not the only ones.
Payment and reconciliation from our own gateway
Indolj hands online payment to a third-party provider and does not touch the money. Rapid Eats is built by RapidPay, which runs the RapidGateway payment gateway, so the customer pays inside WhatsApp with a secure RapidGateway link — Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cards — and each settlement line is matched to its order in the same system. COD is tracked per rider alongside it.
Same zero-commission idea, with payments included
Both Indolj and Rapid Eats charge a subscription rather than a commission. The difference is what sits behind it: Rapid Eats includes a Pakistani payment gateway, rider tools and reconciliation exports built for how money actually moves in a restaurant. Standard RapidGateway payment rates apply on online payments.
