Single restaurant
Run your own ordering channel without hiring a tech team
You run one kitchen in one neighbourhood and you know your regulars by name. Rapid Eats gives you a WhatsApp bot, a branded storefront, rider dispatch and clean settlement in one subscription, so you keep the margin a marketplace would take and the customer relationship it would keep.
The problem
What is quietly costing you money today
A large commission on every order you did not need help getting
Your regulars in Gulshan or Johar Town would order from you anyway. Routing them through a marketplace means handing over a large commission on every order, and the marketplace, not you, holds their number and their history.
The phone is a bottleneck at exactly the wrong time
Between 8 and 10 pm one staff member takes calls, repeats the order back, mishears the address and writes it on a pad. Every mistake is a free replacement meal and an angry customer on social media.
The end-of-day count never quite adds up
JazzCash screenshots, a card terminal slip, a wad of COD cash and the marketplace’s monthly statement, reconciled with a calculator. You cannot tell which day was actually profitable.
What changes
What Rapid Eats does differently
Orders arrive clean, in parallel, with payment settled
The WhatsApp bot and your storefront take every order at once, with modifiers and a location pin, paid through a secure RapidGateway link or flagged COD. Your counter accepts with one tap and the kitchen gets a printed or on-screen ticket.
0% commission and a customer list you own
A flat monthly subscription instead of a cut of every order. Every customer’s number, address and order history sit in your console, ready for a Friday broadcast or a re-order nudge.
Riders dispatched and cash reconciled from one screen
Assign your two or three riders from the console, let customers see “out for delivery” in WhatsApp, and close the shift with each rider’s expected versus collected cash shown side by side.
One daily number you can trust
The settlement view shows every order’s payment, fee, refund and payout, online and cash together, with a CSV or Excel export for your accountant. Standard RapidGateway payment rates apply, and each fee is visible on its order.
Recommended modules
Start with these, add the rest when you need them
Every module shares one menu, one customer list and one settlement view, so you can switch on the next piece without re-entering anything.

Frequently asked questions
I am a small restaurant. Is Rapid Eats overkill for me?
No. The typical Rapid Eats customer is a single-branch restaurant doing most of its business within a few kilometres. You can start with WhatsApp ordering alone, add the storefront and riders when you are ready, and never pay more than your flat subscription plus standard RapidGateway payment rates.
Do I have to leave Foodpanda to use Rapid Eats?
Not at all. Many restaurants keep a marketplace listing for discovery and use Rapid Eats to move repeat customers to a direct, commission-free channel. A QR code on every bill and a WhatsApp link in your Instagram bio does most of the work.
How much technical setup is involved?
Almost none on your side. Send us your menu, verify your WhatsApp number with us on a call, and share your logo. Pricing changes, sold-out items and delivery zones are managed in a console designed for a manager on a phone, not a developer.
What if the internet goes down at the restaurant?
Orders keep arriving on WhatsApp and the website because they are handled in the cloud. The console works on any phone with mobile data, so your manager can accept orders from a mobile hotspot during a load-shedding hour and the rider app syncs when it reconnects.
