What Foodpanda does well
Foodpanda, owned by Germany’s Delivery Hero SE, is the largest food delivery marketplace in Pakistan and operates in 35 cities. For a restaurant that is new, in a new area or in a competitive category, it is the fastest way to be seen by people who are hungry right now and have no idea you exist.
The marketplace also handles the parts many small restaurants do not want to run: a rider network, customer support for the order, and in-app payment by debit card or Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets. That convenience is what the commission pays for.

0% commission
Rapid Eats charges a flat monthly subscription in PKR and nothing per order. A marketplace earns a percentage of every order, so its fee grows with your sales. Standard RapidGateway payment rates apply on online payments — stated in your merchant agreement, not hidden in a commission.
Payment inside the chat, reconciled by our gateway

Yes, and most restaurants do. Keep Foodpanda for discovery and move repeat customers to WhatsApp, your website and your app, where Rapid Eats charges 0% commission. Rapid Eats is not exclusive, and your kitchen sees Rapid Eats orders on the order dashboard and WhatsApp alerts alongside whatever the marketplace sends.
What commission does Foodpanda charge restaurants in Pakistan?

Is zero commission food ordering in Pakistan really zero?
Rapid Eats takes no percentage of any order. You pay a flat PKR subscription for your plan. When a customer pays online, standard RapidGateway payment rates apply, stated in your merchant agreement and shown on each settlement line. Cash-on-delivery orders carry no Rapid Eats fee.
Who delivers Rapid Eats orders?
Your riders, using the Rapid Eats rider app for dispatch, live tracking and COD collection. If you do not have riders yet, start with pickup and your own area delivery, and keep a marketplace for the rest.
