Rapid Eats vs Blink
Blink gives restaurants a branded website, apps and POS billed per branch. Rapid Eats starts where your customers already are — WhatsApp — and adds payment, settlement and reconciliation from the gateway that built it.
Restaurant ordering, POS and fleet software
What Blink does well
Blink is one of the most established restaurant software vendors in Pakistan. Its journey began in 2018, it lists offices in Karachi, Lahore and Riyadh, and it serves markets across the GCC and South Africa alongside Pakistan. Brands it names publicly include Dunkin’, Hardee’s, Tim Hortons and Smash Burger, with testimonials from OPTP, Cheezious and Crumble.
The product set is broad: an online ordering system (branded website and mobile apps), BlinkPOS with inventory, warehousing and food costing on higher tiers, a fleet and driver management platform, loyalty and engagement tools and analytics. If you want POS, back office and ordering from one vendor today, Blink is a serious option.

Where Rapid Eats differs
Where Rapid Eats differs
Ordering happens inside WhatsApp
Blink’s ordering lives on a branded website and apps that customers must open. Rapid Eats puts your full menu, cart and checkout inside the WhatsApp chat your customers already use, with the website and apps as additional channels rather than the only ones.
Payment and reconciliation come from our own gateway
Rapid Eats is built by RapidPay, which runs the RapidGateway payment gateway. Customers pay inside WhatsApp with a secure RapidGateway link — Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cards — and every settlement line is matched to its order automatically. Blink connects to third-party gateways, so reconciliation spans two systems.
0% commission, one flat fee
Rapid Eats charges a monthly subscription in PKR with no per-order fee. Blink publishes per-branch subscriptions and says a per-order transactional fee applies; standard RapidGateway payment rates apply to online payments on Rapid Eats, stated in your merchant agreement.

A fair call
Who should pick which
Pick Blink if
- You need a cloud POS with inventory, warehousing and food costing today, from the same vendor as your ordering.
- You operate in the GCC as well as Pakistan and want one platform across both.
- Your customers already order comfortably from a branded app and WhatsApp is not your main channel.
Pick Rapid Eats if
- Most of your orders already arrive on WhatsApp and you want the menu, cart and payment inside that chat.
- You want Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and card payments reconciled to orders by the gateway itself, not stitched together from two systems.
- You want one flat PKR subscription with 0% commission and no per-order fee.
