Payments & Reconciliation

Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cards, settled and reconciled line by line

Rapid Eats is built by RapidPay, the company behind the RapidGateway payment gateway, so payments are not a bolt-on. Every order carries its payment, its fee, any refund and its payout in one record, and the settlement view shows you exactly why the bank balance says what it says.

  • Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Visa/Mastercard through a secure RapidGateway link
  • Cash on delivery tracked in the same ledger as online payments
  • Payment, fee, refund and payout matched to each order, no spreadsheet gymnastics
  • Export CSV or Excel for your accountant, filtered by branch, channel or day

What you get

Everything inside Payments & Reconciliation

Every payment method your customers already use

Raast bank transfers, JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets, and Visa/Mastercard cards, all inside a single secure RapidGateway checkout. Customers pick what they have; you receive one consolidated payout instead of chasing four different providers.

Pay inside WhatsApp with a secure RapidGateway link

The WhatsApp bot and the storefront both hand off to the same RapidGateway checkout. The order is marked paid the moment the transaction clears, so the kitchen never starts cooking against a payment that did not go through.

The settlement view: one row per order, nothing hidden

Open any day and see each order with its gross amount, payment method, gateway fee, any refund, and the payout it belongs to. A PKR 1,850 JazzCash order shows the fee taken and the net you were paid, next to the PKR 2,400 COD order the rider handed in.

COD and online money in the same ledger

Cash collected by riders is logged per order and per shift, and sits next to online payments in the same view. Your daily number is finally one number: online net plus cash in hand, with the variance flagged if a rider is short.

Refunds that trace back to the order

Refund a wrong order from the console in one tap. The refund posts against the original order, the fee adjustment is shown, and the customer gets a WhatsApp message confirming it. No separate support ticket with the gateway.

Exports your accountant will actually open

CSV or Excel, filtered by date range, branch, channel or payment method. Column headers are plain English, one row per order, totals match the settlement view to the rupee. Monthly FBR and sales-tax workings start from a clean file.

How it works

Live in days, not quarters

  1. 1

    Customer pays

Through a secure RapidGateway link in WhatsApp or on your website, by Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card. Or the rider collects cash on delivery.

  2. 2

    The order is tagged

Gross amount, method, fee and status attach to the order automatically. COD amounts attach when the rider marks delivered.

  3. 3

    Payout lands, ledger matches

When RapidGateway pays out, each order in that payout is marked settled. The settlement view and your bank statement now say the same thing.

Who it is for

Built for how Pakistani restaurants actually run

The owner who checks the bank app and cannot explain the number

Three wallets, a card terminal and a drawer of cash, reconciled on a Sunday with a calculator. The settlement view replaces that ritual with a filter and an export.

The chain whose branches each keep their own sheet

Five branches, five spreadsheets, five formats. One settlement view with a branch filter means head office closes the month from a single export instead of chasing managers.

The cloud kitchen with three brands and one bank account

Every payout is split by brand in the ledger so each brand’s true margin is visible, even though the money lands in one account.

Frequently asked questions

What are the payment fees?

Standard RapidGateway payment rates apply to online payments, and there is no commission on the order itself. Cash on delivery carries no payment fee. Your RapidGateway agreement spells out the exact rates per method, and the settlement view shows the fee on every single order so there is never a surprise.

When do I get paid out?

Payouts follow your RapidGateway settlement schedule, and each payout is listed in the settlement view with the orders it covers. The console shows you which orders are pending and which are settled at any moment, so you are never guessing.

Do I need a separate RapidGateway merchant account?

Rapid Eats onboarding includes RapidGateway merchant onboarding; it is one process with one set of documents (CNIC, business registration or NTN, bank account). If you are already a RapidGateway merchant, we link the existing account.

Can I reconcile cash on delivery in the same place?

Yes. COD orders are logged with the expected amount, the rider confirms collection, and the shift-end report shows expected versus collected per rider. Those figures appear alongside online payments in the settlement view and in exports.

Is Raast supported for customers without a wallet app?

Yes. A Raast payment can be completed from any participating bank’s app using the Raast ID or account details shown on the RapidGateway checkout, and the order is confirmed automatically when the transfer is received.

See a payout reconciled to the order

In the demo you pay for a test order with JazzCash or Raast, issue a partial refund, and watch both appear on the settlement view with the fee and net shown. Then export it.
