WhatsApp Ordering
A WhatsApp ordering bot with your full menu, cart and payment
Your customers already open WhatsApp dozens of times a day. Rapid Eats puts your complete menu, cart and checkout inside that chat on the official WhatsApp Business platform, so a biryani order takes a handful of taps and the money lands with you, not with a marketplace.
- Runs on the official WhatsApp Business platform (Meta Cloud API), so your number is never at risk
- Full menu as an interactive list with sizes, modifiers and add-ons
- Pay inside WhatsApp with a secure RapidGateway link, or choose cash on delivery
- Order confirmations and status updates arrive in the same chat
What you get
Everything inside WhatsApp Ordering
Your whole menu as an interactive list
Categories, items, photos and prices render as native WhatsApp list and button messages, not a PDF screenshot. Customers browse Starters, Mains, Deals and Drinks the way they scroll any chat, and every price is pulled live from the menu you manage in the Rapid Eats console.
Modifiers, sizes and special instructions
Half or full plate, extra raita, no onions, spice level, meal-deal swaps: the bot asks the right follow-up question for each item so the kitchen gets a clean ticket instead of a paragraph of voice notes to decode.
Cart, address and checkout without leaving the chat
Customers add items, review a running PKR total, share their location pin or a saved address, and pick delivery or pickup. Returning customers skip straight to “same as last time?” because the bot remembers them by number.
Pay inside WhatsApp with a secure RapidGateway link
At checkout the bot sends a secure RapidGateway payment link. Customers pay by Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Visa/Mastercard in a few seconds, or they choose cash on delivery and the rider collects. Either way the order is marked paid or COD before it hits the kitchen.
Status updates in the same conversation
Confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, delivered: each step posts a short message in the thread the customer already has open. Fewer “where is my order?” calls, and the thread doubles as a receipt they can find later.
Orders land in the Rapid Eats console
Every WhatsApp order appears instantly on the console screen or tablet at your counter with the items, modifiers, address, payment status and a one-tap accept. Print it, send it to the kitchen, or hand it to a rider from the same screen.
How it works
Live in days, not quarters
- 1
The customer says hi
They scan your QR code, tap a wa.me link from Instagram or Google Maps, or simply message your business number. The bot greets them by name and shows the menu.
- 2
They build the order
Interactive lists and buttons handle items, quantities, modifiers and the address. No typing long messages, no back-and-forth with a staff member.
- 3
They pay, you cook
A secure RapidGateway link settles payment, or COD is flagged for the rider. The order is on your console before the customer has put the phone down.
Who it is for
Built for how Pakistani restaurants actually run
The Karachi biryani house drowning in phone calls
Two staff on the phone during the dinner rush, orders scribbled on paper, wrong addresses in DHA Phase 6. The bot takes every order in parallel, captures the location pin, and frees the counter to actually serve.
The Lahore BBQ spot paying a large commission on every order
A loyal base that orders every weekend, but each order goes through a marketplace that takes a large commission and owns the customer. A WhatsApp link on the menu board and on Instagram moves those regulars to a direct channel at 0% commission.
The Islamabad café handling office lunch orders
Offices in Blue Area used to send one long text with twelve items and no sizes. Now the office admin builds the order in the list UI with every modifier captured, pays once through a secure RapidGateway link, and the kitchen gets a clean ticket at 12:10 instead of a phone call at 12:40.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official WhatsApp Business platform or an unofficial bot?
Official. Rapid Eats runs on the WhatsApp Business platform through the Meta Cloud API. Unofficial automation tools that drive a phone app can get a number banned without warning; the official platform cannot, and it supports interactive lists, buttons and templates that unofficial tools do not.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as the number is not currently registered on the consumer WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, or you are willing to migrate it. We walk you through verification during onboarding. Many restaurants keep their old number for calls and put a new one on the bot.
How does a customer pay?
At checkout the bot sends a secure RapidGateway payment link. The customer can pay with Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa or a Visa/Mastercard card, or choose cash on delivery. Payments are processed by RapidGateway and standard RapidGateway payment rates apply; there is no commission on the order itself.
What happens when the customer wants something the bot cannot handle?
They can type “talk to a human” at any point and the conversation is handed to your staff inside the console with the full context. Staff reply from the same number, and the bot steps back in when the customer taps a menu option again.
Does it work on cheap Android phones and slow data?
Yes. Interactive list and button messages are a few kilobytes each and work on any phone that runs WhatsApp, including on 3G in a load-shedding hour. Nothing to install, no website to load.
Watch a real order go through your menu on WhatsApp
In a 20-minute demo we load a slice of your actual menu, you place a test order from your own phone and pay through a secure RapidGateway link, and you see it appear on the console.
